The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, ensuring accuracy of employee records, and providing financial analysis and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of payroll systems, experience with financial analysis and reporting, and excellent organizational skills.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees.
Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll tax returns.
Process employee deductions and contributions to benefit plans.
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare financial statements.
Provide customer service to employees regarding payroll issues.
Assist with other accounting duties and office administrative tasks.
